The Homework-Running-or-Free Guarantee
OneTracker: when the Day 14 check starts
The automatic check starts when you submit the final setup step. On Day 14, it looks for an assignment and a recorded launch. If either is missing, it starts cancellation and a full refund of the latest invoice payment. A recorded launch can exist even when no text was sent. If your texts have not started, email hello@rivetalabs.com.
How the 30-day checks work
We check closed 30-day windows from setup. Each needs enough Canvas history and at least 8 eligible assignments. Below 70% turned in on time, the first two failed windows bring a free next monthly invoice or $124.17 back on the annual plan. A passing window clears the streak. A window with fewer than 8 assignments leaves it unchanged.
What happens after three failed windows
Three failed checks in a row lead to a refund and cancellation. The amount depends on your plan and what remains refundable. Annual refunds use rounded 30-day shares. If you already set your plan to cancel, a failed check gives you a one-month return credit, valid for 60 days, instead.
What to do if a check is missing
Some extension histories can leave later checks waiting behind an earlier window. Missing billing details can also prevent a refund. Email hello@rivetalabs.com if a check or payment is missing. If setup was never finished, the full policy has a separate refund request path.
How cancellation works
You may cancel your OneTracker subscription at any time through the billing portal. There is no cancellation fee, and your access continues through the end of your current paid period. Your account data is retained for 90 days in case you resubscribe, then permanently deleted.
