What happens if it is not working by Day 14
If OneTracker is not up and running within 14 days, you get a full refund, no questions. Not running means Canvas is not connected and the daily text is not going out yet.
What happens at Day 30 if the system is not delivering
By Day 30, if you have kept your commitments but the system has not delivered its results, your billing pauses automatically. OneTracker keeps running at our cost until it does. Your system stays on. You keep full access. We cover the cost until it delivers.
What to do if you need it
For the Day 14 refund, email hello@rivetalabs.com with the subject "Day 14 Refund." For the Day 30 guarantee, email hello@rivetalabs.com with the subject "Day 30 Review" and tell us what is not working. We verify your commitments and system results against your account.
What happens if we pause
Your system keeps running at no charge. We do not bill you again until the system is delivering and you confirm you want to continue.
How cancellation works
You may cancel your OneTracker subscription at any time through the billing portal. There is no cancellation fee, and your access continues through the end of your current paid period. Your account data is retained for 90 days in case you resubscribe, then permanently deleted.
